We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any unwanted item returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns must be received within 30 days, regardless of your chosen payment method.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition: unopened, in their original packaging, and with all hygiene seals intact. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges cannot be offered for items that are opened, used, or unsuitable for resale.

If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed.

For returns from outside the UK, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
